SCHOOL FEE STRUCTURE 2024-25

ADMISSION FEE (One-time payment):
- Admission Fee: $500
- Development Fee: $300
- Security Deposit: $200 (Refundable)
Total Admission Fee: $1,000

ANNUAL TUITION FEE:
Grade 1-5 (Elementary):
- Tuition Fee: $3,000/year
- Activity Fee: $200/year
- Technology Fee: $150/year
Total: $3,350/year

Grade 6-8 (Middle School):
- Tuition Fee: $3,500/year
- Activity Fee: $250/year
- Technology Fee: $200/year
- Lab Fee: $100/year
Total: $4,050/year

Grade 9-12 (High School):
- Tuition Fee: $4,000/year
- Activity Fee: $300/year
- Technology Fee: $250/year
- Lab Fee: $200/year
- Library Fee: $100/year
Total: $4,850/year

ADDITIONAL FEES:
- School Bus Transportation: $600/year (Optional)
- Lunch Program: $800/year (Optional)
- After School Care: $1,200/year (Optional)
- Sports Activities: $300/year (Optional)
- Music Lessons: $400/year (Optional)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- Full Payment: 5% discount if paid before June 30th
- Bi-annual: 50% due by August 15th, 50% due by January 15th
- Quarterly: Payments due August 15th, November 15th, February 15th, May 15th
- Monthly: 10 equal installments from August to May

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE:
- Merit Scholarship: Up to 25% tuition fee reduction
- Need-based Financial Aid: Up to 50% tuition fee reduction
- Sibling Discount: 10% discount for second child, 15% for third child

LATE PAYMENT POLICY:
- Late fee of $50 for payments overdue by 30 days
- Account hold for payments overdue by 60 days
- Student may be asked to leave if fees remain unpaid for 90 days
