Eligibility Criteria for Different Classes
Students must meet specific eligibility requirements based on the class they are applying for:
Pre-Primary (Nursery & KG)
- Age: 3-5 years as of December 31st
- Basic communication skills in Bengali or English
- Toilet trained (for Nursery)
- No previous academic qualification required
Primary Section (Class I-V)
- Class I: Age 6+ years, basic alphabet and number recognition
- Class II-V: Previous year's school leaving certificate
- Age appropriate as per government regulations
- Basic reading and writing skills assessment
Secondary Section (Class VI-X)
- Satisfactory completion of previous class
- Original mark sheet and transfer certificate
- Good conduct certificate from previous institution
- Entrance test performance (minimum 50% marks)
Higher Secondary (Class XI-XII)
- SSC pass with minimum GPA 3.5 (or equivalent)
- Subject-specific requirements for different streams
- Age limit: Maximum 19 years for admission to Class XI
General Requirements
- Birth certificate (mandatory)
- Parent/guardian must be able to pay school fees
- Student must be of good moral character
- Medical fitness certificate
- Adherence to school rules and regulations
Note: Special consideration may be given to children of armed forces personnel, government employees, and meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
